RETURNS AND DELIVERY

For returns please email shop.believe73@gmail.com and explain the reason for the return item(s). 

Please send the item(s) back to us in their original condition, including tags and labels within 15 days of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item(s).

Once we confirm the item has been returned correctly, an email will be sent with the total amount of the store credit. Refund will take 5-8 labor days to reflect.

If an item is received without required conditions, worn, altered, washed or damaged, the return will not be accepted.

If an item is received as such, the item will be shipped back to the customer.

Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final.

Accessories items cannot be return or exchanged. All Sales are final.

Orders ship within 24 to 48 hours from the date the order is complete. Orders made to US and PR arrive within 2 to 7 business days. International orders, can take up to 3 to 4 weeks.
